Couture Purchase Agreement
By commissioning a bespoke or couture garment from SETSET, you agree to our specialized payment structure. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin drafting and to reserve our exceedingly rare fabrics. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, patterns, imagery, and trademarks visible on this platform and within our physical Atelier are the exclusive intellectual property of SETSET. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited and will result in aggressive legal action.
