Shipping Policy
We offer expedited international shipping to all of our clients worldwide. All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2-3 business days prior to dispatch. Tracking details are provided via email the moment your pieces leave our Atelier.
Please note that commissioned or bespoke couture pieces require a customized delivery timeline that will be discussed during your salon viewing, given the highly intricate nature of the craftsmanship.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receipt, provided the garments are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to the personalized nature of our business, all bespoke, made-to-measure, and couture pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
